Every Cloud has a Silver Lining

WARNING: This is not a happy post, though it does have a somewhat happy ending. While I've toned down the  more gruesome details of my grandfathers death, for some it will still make hard reading while for others it may strike an uncomfortable chord. There is talk of alcoholism and recovery so if these are not topics that interest you, I humbly suggest that you skip this post.]

This is the story of how my grandfather saved my life 

It is universally agreed upon that my Grandfather was not a nice man; he had a vicious, unpredictable temper, he hit his children, offended many people including close relatives, disowned his son when he came out as gay and when my granddad died, his only friend was the bottle of whisky that caused his death.

The Final!

Sadly we said goodbye to John Standring and Lucas North in Round 4 and now we have a face off between Harry Kennedy and John Thornton.

Thornton was always a sure thing but for Harry to make it this far is somewhat unexpected.

So here we have it, the battle of the perfect men.

Round Three Results

Round three had a surprise in store with Harry Kennedy overthrowing John Porter! Yes you heard that right, nice guy Harry beat tough guy Porter by a measly 2%.

Angela on Twitter sent this to me as a good likeness to Josh (from Past Due and Half Past) and I couldn't agree more so I'm sharing it with all of you. I'm suddenkly wondering how Frankie could resist him at all to be honest! ;)
